  I just cancelled my membership. I have tried multiple times to contact this office and can not get through. I don't know an extension nor a person's name that works at the location. So there is no way to get through. HORRIBLE service.
  
  Please don't reply with asking me to send an email to your customer service center and you will look into it. I am only writing this in hopes it helps other decide AAA is not worth the money.
